 An examined life is the most valuable thing, life is the most valuable "posession" we have. It is limited  ( in time) if you understand yourself and your own values you will be able to live a life according to those values.

According to Nietzche there is more intelligence in your body than in your best wisdom.

if we really get to understand ourselves better we can truly become what we are.

The reason I am taking this course is because I think that the most importat kind of knowledge we can attain is the self knowledge.

If we have enoough knowledge about yourself , we will be able to make sounder desicions.
