On how to take advantage of time that otherwise would be a waste of time. ( E.g driving )

 I was kind of mad today 

I was mad because I wasted around two hours of my time driving. 

for some people it would not be a waste of time, probably 

but for me it is. I could be doing something else instead of driving

Now I am on vacation I realize of the importance and how short time is. 

This is part of the improvement I want to do for my quality of life. 

well of course I first need to be financially stable. 

also I want to acquire other abilities such as programming, because it will help me save time. 

and make more time and have more time to do the things I want to do. 

So I was thinking that maybe I can practice french conjugation in my head while I drive.

People sometimes gets mad at me because I am looking at the cell phone and not really paying attention to them. 

so if I do something valuable such as reviewing contents in my head, they will not tell if I am really paying attention or not . 

that is what I want to do . 

As I have always said time is the most important asset

because time is life.

48 hours work
10 hours transport

14 hours eating

14 hours excercise

4 hours showering

2 hours self massage and grooming 
Use of remaining 10 hours 
Soul journaling 4 hours a week
Making love 3 hour
Family 2 hours
+- 2 hours  10 percent
If i live 49 year old
429240 in hour
And i need to continue working until the end
That is like 150000 hours. 
The percentage of my life is
30 percent
That would be a master principle 

300 000 remain

And sleep well 
The same 30 percent 

That is 60 percent

I can divide 40 percent in other areas of my life 

10 percent to excercise 2 hours at least everyday

What is the ideal frequency of something to have effect

For exercise should be at least five days a week.
For learning a foreign language it should be every single day several times in a day using different kinds of stimuli.
For making love it should be minimum twice a week and maximum three.
For learning a single word , depending on the degree of difficulty , it would be minimum ten times to even up to thirty.
